Adekunle Adebanjo, Product Manager 9Payment Service Bank
Adekunle is a chartered banker in Nigeria, with over a decade of banking experience in cross-functional roles spanning Products, Business Development, Partnerships and Commercial sales.
His experience cuts across Commercial Sales at GTBank; managing Corporates and structuring loans and trade transactions. Retail Assets in Access Bank; developing various loan products such as Mortgages, Vehicle Finance, Personal Loans, Credit cards etc before joining as a pioneer member of the Digital Banking Business as the Product Manager for the first digital loan product in the Commercial Banking space.
He joined the first Unicorn in Nigeria, Interswitch as a Business Development Manager for ILS.
Olusegun Omoloye, Customer Experience Lead, 9 Payment Service Bank
Olusegun (Segun) D. Omoloye is a reputable banker, customer experience professional with over 12 years’ work experience and a gaming content creator. Having started out in contact centre management, Segun has worked across all levels of customer experience management roles for several commercial banks in Nigeria and he is currently leading the CX team at 9 Payment Service Bank.
He is certified across various customer experience, digital banking, customer support and emotional intelligence fields. His work experience spreads across hands-on activities in Customer Protection & Financial Literacy engagements, Digital Operations & Customer experience management as well as a professional trainer within these spaces.
Over the years, he has successfully overseen efficiency in service delivery, digitization of core processes and all-round improvement of brand perception, brand loyalty and brand acceptance through excellent service orientation.
When not working, Segun enjoys travelling, listening to music, meeting people, and taking part in Gaming & E-Sports activities.
