Iyke Okoye is the Co-founder of Naija & Partners Limited, a strategic marketing company promoting Nigeria globally as the best place to invest, work and visit. The company focuses on changing the narrative of Nigeria by promoting the efforts of the youthful populace in entertainment, sport and technology. Naija is the creative spirit of mostly youthful and young at-heart Nigerians, it is really the place where we unlock our creative potentials and spread it globally.
Iyke also chairs the eSports International Club of Nigeria, an incorporated trustee set up to jumpstart eSports development in Nigeria. For those who don’t know yet, the global eSports industry is now bigger than Hollywood and continues to grow geometrically year-on-year. We are now members of various international esports organizations like the Confederation of Africa eSports (CAeS), World eSports Consortium (WeSCO) and the International eSports Federation (IeSF).
Iyke partnered Sweden based IDEON Science Park to bring National Innovation Ecosystem and Tech Hubs to Nigerian universities and governments. We successfully launched the Lion Science Park: a Tech Hub (Roar Hub) and Co-working space at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2017.
Iyke continues to work across sectors of the economy organizing events like the 1st International Workshop on The Effects of Science Parks on Universities, Companies and the Region at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, February 2018. Iyke is also a trustee of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) licensed Automobile & Touring Club of Nigeria; FIA is the governing body of motor sport, auto racing events and promotes safe, sustainable and accessible mobility for all road users across the world. We are saddled with the responsibility of developing motorsport in Nigeria.
Iyke maintains partnership with global brands in diverse sectors and constantly looking out for the “next big thing” as technologies converge.
Ikechukwu Okoye was educated at both the University of Benin & Nnamdi Azikiwe University; he is an advocate of innovation and entrepreneurship.
